The appraisal looks at many variables to value the real estate. Some of the factors that reach this number is information that most home owners already have a general knowledge of. Items such as the home's square footage, floor plan and/or layout, quality of construction and lot size are all indicators of home value and are a great start in determining the value of real estate, although they are not a full representation of the big picture.
