Full Appraisal (Traditional)
It is an appraiser's responsibility to disclose to the homeowners/customers that a lender or its agent is required by Title XI of FIRREA to directly engage the services of an appraiser in a federally related transaction. This Full Appraisal will only be used to determine the value of a home. The appraiser must be able to inspect EVERY room of the house. The following Cancellation Policy and Pricing pertain to the Full Appraisal (Traditional) products offered by Electronic Appraiser.

Cancellation Policy for Full Appraisal
You may cancel this order anytime BEFORE the appraiser performs the inspection. The cancellation fee is $150. If you cancel AFTER the inspection is performed, you will still be charged the full amount and the appraisal will be delivered. To perform this service, the appraiser needs to enter the home. If you miss the appointment to allow the appraiser access to the home, there will be a $100 return trip fee added to the price of the appraisal.

Pricing for Full Appraisal
$349.00 for a typical single family home, condominium, or townhouse up to $1,000,000.
$549.00 or 2-4 unit, multifamily dwellings; duplexes or Quads.

Alaska and Hawaii are quoted individually. Properties over $1,000,000 are quoted individually.
