One of the biggest contributing factors in the Crowell home values is measuring the saleability of a house. Enter an address or click on the Traditional Full Appraisal icon to begin. As we all know, Crowell home owners value their homes, but this is just the baseline for a bigger view of Crowell home values. Just like the home owners, neighborhoods hold their value based upon the homes that are located within it. To go a step further, a town or a city's value is generally determined by the neighborhoods and homes that are contained within its limits. Home values have a large impact on how a house, a block, a city, a state and even a country are viewed. They are also a key indicator of how well the Crowell area is doing economically.

As can be seen, the Crowell appraisal analyzes a full range of data in order to determine the value of the Crowell home. This may or may not agree with a consumer's initial assessment of the property value, but it will give a more accurate picture of the property's value as well as provide a number that most people would be willing to pay for such a property. Order your Crowell appraisal now.

When appraising any property, in addition to the physical inspection at the property itself, the Crowell appraiser analyzes many different forms of information. Current market trends in the Crowell area play a significant role in the final estimate of Crowell home value. How much recent comparable homes in the area have sold for and a number of other factors assist the appraiser in the final estimate of home value. To order the appraisal by a professional appraiser, just click on the Traditional Full Appraisal. The appraiser utilizes the county public records for current sales which include many of the characteristics of each individual sale such as a pool, fireplace, garage etc. Due to the difficulty in gathering and analyzing the Crowell data, a professional appraiser used to be the only way to determine the fair market value of your Crowell home. Thanks to ElectronicAppraiser, that has all changed.

The Crowell appraisal looks at many variables to value the Crowell real estate. Some of the factors that reach this number is information that most home owners already have a general knowledge of. Items such as the home's square footage, floor plan and/or layout, quality of construction and lot size are all indicators of home value and are a great start in determining the value of real estate, although they are not a full representation of the big picture. The Crowell appraisal will go on to examine even more details.

Crowell House values are best described as the approximated value of a home in relationship to the market. This is often a debatable topic because Crowell homes that are identical in all ways except location will often have differing house values. Most consumers can not get past the fact that the two indistinguishable homes have differing values. The true reality of the matter though is that location, market niches and cost of living play important roles in determining Crowell house values. When you consider these three items alone it starts to become clearer why the value of alike homes can be different. These however, are not the only reason that such homes can be different in value.

Crowell is a city in Foard County , Texas , United States . The population was 1,141 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Foard County . GR6 Located between the Pease and North Wichita rivers, the area has long been home to a variety of hardy animal and plant species. Native grasses tend to be hardy and drought-tolerant. Tree varieties include bush cedar, mesquite, hackberry, mulberry, and pecan, in addition to several imports that thrive in the warm, semi-arid conditions. Native animals species include coyote, squirrels, badgers, racoons, and the occasional fox. Deer have also become plentiful in recent decades, as have feral pigs. Bird species include quail, dove, and several types of migratory waterfowl. Crowell is also on the migration path of the monarch butterfly. Crowell is only a few miles from the re-capture location of Cynthia Ann Parker. Known locally as the 'Pease River battleground' this location is where Cynthia Ann, captured as a child by raiding Indians, was recaptured as a grown woman by U.S. soldiers. Cynthia Ann was the mother of Quanah Parker, considered by many to be the last great Chief of the Commanche. Not many well-known persons call Crowell home. One of the most notable is former football star Dick Todd. Todd set long-standing records as a running back for Texas A&M University. He then went on to play for, and eventually coach, the Washington Redskins. Todd's son, Denny, died as a teenager from injuries sustained on the football field. His memory is honored each year with an award in his name. The award is presented to the football team member who shows the greatest personal contribution to the team, both on and off the field. The remote, rural location minimizes light pollution, making for an excellent view of the night sky. As a result, Crowell is also home to the Three Rivers Foundation Observatory, one of the largest privately funded observatories in the United States. As of January 2006, the foundation is beginning construction of a new building that will house the museum and interpretive center. Later in 2006 the foundation will take delivery of a new binocular telescope - one of the three largest privately owned units of this kind in the world. The economy in Crowell is almost solely agrarian. Beef cattle, wheat, and cotton production are the primary sources of income and employment, although hunting leases are quickly becoming a notable contributor to the local economy. The single manufacturing industry is a cap factory (headwear). Formerly owned by the DeLong company, the factory is now owned by a group of local investors. Though a small, rural community, Crowell still has stop-worthy interests. In addition to the observatory, the Foard County Historical Society has built an amazingly nice museum. Housed in the former fire house, the museum boasts interesting artifacts from the history of Crowell and environs. Most notable is the one-of-a-kind scale town. Designed to reflect some of the historically notable businesses in city history, the diorama-style exhibits are an interesting change from 'regular' museums. Just across the street from the Firehall Museum is the Farm Implement museum which, if nothing else, is interesting in its sheer variety.
