The Topsey MLS service is an Association of real estate Brokers agents and professionals who agree to share the Topsey listings with each other. This method allows a listing broker (the agent who is offer the home for sale) and a selling broker (the agent who brings the buyer) the ability to select from all the homes offered by any Topsey MLS member.
