The Sanctuario MLS service is an Association of real estate Brokers agents and professionals who agree to share the Sanctuario listings with each other. This method allows a listing broker (the agent who is offer the home for sale) and a selling broker (the agent who brings the buyer) the ability to select from all the homes offered by any Sanctuario MLS member.
The Sanctuario Multiple Listing Service (MLS), is one of the most important tools that Sanctuario Realtors use in their daily activities. Property listings in the MLS are maintained in a near-real-time databases and are available to the members.As Sanctuario property is listed for sale, sold, or changes such as price occur the MLS is updated. Some Multiple Listing Services display the property listings to the general public online with the much of information that each property offers. This gives the Sanctuario consumer the opportunity to search for Sanctuario properties and REALTORS online. In addition to compiling and distributing property information the MLS brings its members together to influence the local real estate community.
Rural areas that suddenly experience population growth spurts will see extraordinary increases in property value. On the other hand, Sanctuario areas that seem to stagnate when it comes to growth don't see property value rise that much unless the area is a highly desirable area.
