Many St James Realtors now have the ability to post all of the listings in the St James MLS on their own public websites. Most Multiple Listing Services also upload their inventory to national sites.
There are a number of reasons why St James property appraisers are needed. When you want to buy a home, your mortgage company needs to know the home value before they will finance it. This is where appraisers come in. St James Appraisers can provide the mortgage company with the information they need in order to approve the loan for a certain amount. If the real estate appraisal comes in too low, the property can't be financed and the buyer knows they're being charged too much for the property.
