Full access to the Polk Multiple Listing Service is usually available on a membership basis and until recently the MLS search was only available to Realtors or other realty professionals that are members of the Polk local MLS Multiple Listing Service.
The Polk Multiple Listing Service (MLS), is one of the most important tools that Polk Realtors use in their daily activities. Property listings in the MLS are maintained in a near-real-time databases and are available to the members.As Polk property is listed for sale, sold, or changes such as price occur the MLS is updated. Some Multiple Listing Services display the property listings to the general public online with the much of information that each property offers. This gives the Polk consumer the opportunity to search for Polk properties and REALTORS online.
